The company’s purpose is ‘Improving lives through work’. He is also the author of numerous best selling books and happens to be one of the most humble, charismatic, generous and purpose-led leaders I’ve had the pleasure to meet.

EP28: Why Nice Guys Always Finish First In Business with Russell Clements: CEO Sthree

Russell Clements was the 2nd ever employee of the billion-pound business, SThree, when the business started in 1986. When he left in 2012, he was CEO. Russell believes that nice guys finish first. That a leaders' job is to inspire their people, not instil fear. To support, guide and nurture their employees - not tell them what to do. Russell was my boss when I was at SThree, and it's unsurprising that so many who worked under him have gone on start and scale successful businesses. We all learned from the best.
